  2. Use the online scheduler to find a time that works for both sides and book it.

  3. Arrange for your client’s electronic payment.

  4. Submit your brief, exhibits and PDODs online.

  5. Appear via Zoom for the mediation and settle your case online that day.

  • Mediate from 9am to 5pm on your chosen day.

    Price includes review of both briefs and exhibits (no page limit), and PDODs.
    Total cost: $5,200 (or $2,600 to each party)

  • Half day mediations are best for cases with one or two “central” issues to resolve.

    Mediation Time Options:
    In the morning from 8am to 12pm or
    In the afternoon from 1:00pm to 5:00pm

    Price includes review of both briefs and exhibits (no page limit) and PDODs.
    Total cost: $3,000 (or $1,500 to each party)
